Your right to cancel
Under Pennsylvania’s Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel a home improvement contract with us within three business days after you sign it, without penalty. Done Fast Bath is a registered home improvement contractor, PA HIC #PA197437.
If you buy from us at your home, the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling-Off Rule may also give you three business days to cancel.
How to cancel
Your contract comes with a notice of your right to cancel. To cancel, sign and date that notice, or write to us that you are cancelling, before the deadline. You can email ops@donefastbath.com. Keep a copy for your records.
Refunds
If you cancel in time, we return any payment or deposit within 10 business days.
Emergency repairs
If you have an emergency and want work to start right away, the law may allow you to give up the waiting period in writing. We’ll explain your options before any work starts, and we never ask you to waive your rights for routine work.
Verify our registration
You can verify our home improvement contractor registration, PA HIC #PA197437, with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
